Yes. We verify every user via mobile number authentication. We also have a 'Karma Points' system and a 'Verified Tick' for KYC-verified users, allowing you to judge reliability before connecting with neighbors.

For Group Buying deals, payments are handled securely via UPI within the app. For other categories like Cab Sharing or Ask Around, you settle costs directly with your neighbor (cash or UPI) after meeting up.

If no match is found within a set time, you can choose to proceed alone or cancel the request without any penalty. Our active community ensures high match rates in popular areas.

You can get a Verified Tick by completing our optional KYC process. This boosts your trust score and makes it easier to find pooling partners.
